OMD: Ghosts in the Halls

With Disney+ I've been going through a lot of old films I grew up watching.

There are films that hit me in the childhood and I will continue to write little blurbs about them when I can.

Film Title: The Ghosts of Buxley Hall
Studio: Walt Disney
Year: 1980-1981

This film came out as a two-parter on the Wonderful World of Disney.

While it may be over 30 years old (if not older, good golly!), the effects still remain amazing.

Buxley Hall is a military school that is having mortage problems. To try and solve them, they become co-ed, bringing in a girls' school which is also floundering.

However, the General who began Buxley isn't pleased with women in the ranks!

Cue three ghosts who go about trying to save the school from invansion!

But is it truly a bad deal to have women on campas, when even West Point is allowing women in?

Oh, let's not forget the heir to a fortune being part of the deal - if he goes, so goes the money.

There are a few twists and turns, but it's a fun film to check out.

What are some of your favorite films? Anything you think I should watch and blurb about? See you next week!

(Also, I am not paid for this blog - any name dropping is because it wouldn't make sense to not mention it.)
